TERMS & CONDITIONS
DRAWINGS & DESIGNS
Drawings created by Bespoke Cabinetry provide an overall concept for the design. Due to limitations of computer software, the colours, textures and lighting may not precisely match what is depicted.
Bespoke Cabinetry will provide the client with final drawings. Once the final drawings are approved and signed off by the client, any changes that are made after that time are subject to an additional fee of $500 + HST per change and must be paid in full. Bespoke Cabinetry is not responsible for delays in production and lead times caused by client changes.
There will be a $1500 + HST non-refundable fee to release any drawings. Bespoke Cabinetry will not be held liable for any construction errors caused by trades (e.g., electrical, plumbing, framing, etc.) once the drawings are released to the client.
To limit error and miscommunication, any changes to the project’s specifications, dimensions, or any other pertinent instructions shall only be accepted in writing (via email) and must be confirmed by Bespoke Cabinetry.
Clients will accept responsibility for the project site’s dimensions, structural, mechanicals and aesthetics are all accurately represented when they sign off on the drawings. Clients will be subject to additional fees if the project site’s dimensions, structural, mechanicals and aesthetics are not accurately communicated and represented. These fees will be characterized as a change as referenced above.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
Bespoke Cabinetry strives to offer a wide variety of colours and finishes for clients. Custom colours and designs are available to clients and are subject to an additional fee.
There are variations in woodgrain, pattern, and colour because wood is a natural material. Variations in woodgrain characteristics, colour, wood type, and specific grain imperfections, such as small knots are not considered a defect. Variations within 10% from sample are considered acceptable as per industry standards.
Due to the natural expansion and contraction of solid wood and wood substrates, light warping, shrinking and expanding might occur and is deemed tolerable as per industry standards.
Wood can change colour because of exposure to light. Colour changes over time are not considered a defect.
Cabinetry, trim, mouldings, wood and/or any materials in contact with the cabinetry have the potential for expansion and contraction due to the environment at the project site (temperature and humidity).

The certified cheque or electronic funds transfer must be dated and received on or before the delivery date.
All terms and conditions listed in this document apply upon receipt of the initial deposit.

WARRANTY
